How do I submit my artwork after entering an order?

What is your production time?

We start work on your order as soon as it is submitted, and most products can be ready for pick-up in as little as ONE day! Please note that 'production time' does not begin until we have received your approval on the artwork for custom items. 

Can I change my order once it has be submitted?

In most instances, as long as production has not begun on your order, orders can be modified and by contacting our office at 281-583-7446 or emailing us at admin@npsign.com. On custom orders, we will require approval before production begins so you still have time to make modifications. Once production of your order has begun, however, modifications and cancellations will not granted unless approved by the management team. 

Are there holes in your sign panels & riders?

All of our Aluminum sign panels will have holes to ease the installation process. Corrugated Plastic signs will not be punched, but we will pre-punch holes in our sign panels upon request. 

Do you install your sign products?

Installation options are available for commercial signage at an additional cost. If you are interested in having your sign installed, we do request a detailed map and/or painted markings at the installation site. 

Do you offer any sizes & shapes other than those listed on the website?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders and custom designs. Contact us at 281-583-7446 or admin@npsign.com to speak with one of our design specialists!

Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on the monitor?

Unfortunately, because of the variation in monitors and smart device screens, there will be some variation in color from what you see on your computer. If you can provide a CMYK or RGB color formula, we can ensure a more accurate color on your final product. 

Does my sign order include any posts, frames, or stakes for hanging my displays?

Posts, frames, and stakes are not included with your sign panel order, but we do have them to be purchased separately. Please see under the "Frames and Stakes" category. 

Will posts be provided for my commercial sign order?

Posts will only be provided with your commercial sign order if the installation package is purchased as well. If the commercial sign panel is ordered by itself, posts will not be included, but can be purchased at your local hardware store.

What kind of image should I use for my logo?

For highest quality and preservation of detail, we recommend submitting a Vector and/or EPS file of your logo. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you only do real estate signs?

We specialize in custom designs! While we love supplying products to our real estate community, we are eager and willing to help you design a sign for your unique needs. We do anything from small scale garage sale signs to high-end commercial monuments and channel letters.
